关于F1不能提前超过30天入境的规定，美国homeland security的官网上写的是：“Students and exchange visitors entering the United States for the first time under their respective nonimmigrant visa classification may only be admitted up to 30-days prior to the program start date.”   我5年前签过F1在美国读Master，用F1签证往返美国多次，这次去读phd是不是就不受这个30天限制了？
另外，如果必须在30天以内的话，我能不能用旅游签证入境（之前的B2旅游签还没有过期，并且F1签证下来后也没有被注销）. 然后去加拿大等到30天内再以F1身份入境？

因为之前不知道这个规定已经定了机票和住宿，实在不想改签  向各位求助！
