我目前的状态：收到了DS2019表，但上面的日期无法是抵美的了，目前在填DS160表和交费阶段。
美方同意发新的邀请函和DS2019表。我问老外DS2019表上面的编码是否改变，老外是这样回的：
Your message was forwarded to me. Please discuss new DS-2019 program dates and an amendment with your UC Davis host department. The amendment of your current dates to later program dates will not change your current SEVIS ID number. You should have the amended DS-2019 mailed to you for your J-1 visa interview.
我的问题是：
（1）上面的program是否改变？
（2）我是否可以依据现有的DS2019表继续进行签证申请？
